Hello my fellow warriors! The month of May is Mental Health Awareness month. So today, I wanted to explore different ways we can relieve the ever-growing stress in our lives. Stress can cause just as much damage to our bodies as an infection! It suppresses the immune system and can lead to serious health issues. I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say that we can’t afford that! Our immune systems are already compromised.
